Ray Hass has closed on the remainder of land, 6.77 acres, which was part of the initial listing of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Louisville property located at 10300 Lower River Road. This land was purchased by Koppel Building and Construction, the company that purchased the church and school properties at this location earlier this year.
