Will specializes in retail sales and leasing, site location, acquisition, dispositions, 1031 exchanges and property management.

As a graduate of Centre College, Will's past experience includes the financial services industry and extensive time in commerical real estate.

When he's not in the office, Will enjoys time with his family, farming, and marathon running.

John has spent the last thirty years in all facets of the hospitality industry. His varied experience includes twelve years with General Mills Restaurant Group and Chi Chi’s corporate. John has worked in the areas of operations, marketing and development. He also spent five years as Senior Vice President with G. M. & M. Advertising.

Independently, John has been owner of several concepts and is the current owner/operator of an Uno Chicago Bar & Grill franchise. John is also the developer and managing partner of a 40,000 square foot retail center.

John is a licensed broker, has a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and is married with two children. He is also involved in marathon running.

Brough’s major focus for Duncan Commercial Real Estate is on new construction.

After graduating from Trinity High School in Louisville, Brough majored in business and marine biology at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Since then, Brough has worked as a real estate sales and leasing agent with Walter Wagner Jr. Co. and managed real estate for Breeland Development Corporation.

Brough is presently a sales and leasing agent with Duncan Commercial Real Estate.

Investment properties, retail sales & leasing, site location (local, regional and national basis), and 1031 exchanges are the major areas of concentration for Todd.

Todd's career includes time in the financial services industry, real estate management, franchise development and entrepreneurial activities. Todd has earned a degree in Finance and a degree in Real Estate, both from Wichita State University.
