Ray Hass and Florence Browne were successful in their efforts to sell the special purpose property owned by the Roman Catholic Bishop of Louisville located at 10300 Lower River Road to Koppel Building and Construction. This property consisted of 1.4 acres and several buildings and was formerly known as St. Timothy.
