Located at the intersection of Breckenridge Lane and Hikes Lane, 2962 Breckenridge Lane, this former Frisch’s Restaurant was sold to Dahm Holdings, LLC with plans to construct a Mike’s Car Wash on the 1.21 acre site. Todd Whitchurch and Will Duncan represented Dahm Holdings in the search for another Mike’s Car Wash in Louisville.
