Duncan Commercial Real Estate had the pleasure of arranging the sale of 2005 Charlestown-New Albany Road Jeffersonville, IN, for the owners Debbie and Garry Case.

The property sold on March 16, 2022, to ARC-Coffee HQ, LLC. The new owner plans to convert the building into corporate offices, a commissary and a roastery for the growing southern Indiana coffee chain Coffee Crossings. The property consisted of a 14,000 square foot building on 1.57 acres. The sales price was $1,155,000.
