Suzanne Cheek and Martin Hoehler are assisting Stern Development with expansion of their retail development on Preston Highway that contains Chick-fil-A, Mike’s Carwash and Thornton Oil. Cheek and Hoehler represented Stern in the purchase of 5000 Maple Spring located at the intersection of Preston Highway and Maple Spring just south of Menards. The rental house will be replaced by the expanding retail center.
