Ground Lease for Future LongHorn Steakhouse

We recently completed a ground lease on Dixie Highway at a former Frisch’s location to Darden Restaurants, bringing a new LongHorn Steakhouse to the area. This exciting redevelopment is a great addition to the Dixie Highway corridor and reflects the continued demand for quality retail and restaurant opportunities in Louisville.
