New Sales & Leasing Associate- Andrew Bloom

Duncan Commercial Real Estate is pleased to welcome Andrew Bloom to the team as a Sales & Leasing Associate.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Louisville, where he earned a degree in Political Science. He brings a diverse professional background to DCRE, with experience ranging from the Kentucky State Senate to retail operations and the food and beverage industry.

In his role as a Sales & Leasing Associate, Andrew will work alongside the DCRE brokerage team, assisting clients with their commercial real estate sales and leasing needs while continuing to build his experience in the Louisville market.

Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys attending sporting events, watching movies, and spending time with his wife and family.

We’re excited to have Andrew join the Duncan Commercial Real Estate team and look forward to his contributions as he begins his career in commercial real estate.
